Brittany's Ski Center

Okay, I'll admit it... Skiing is the food for my passion of life! I began skiing at the ripe old age of four and was destined from the beginning to be Bumper Brittany.
I competed in freestyle skiing for five years as a member of the CU Freestyle Ski Team, under the United States Ski Association (USSA) in the Rocky Mountain Division (RMD). Unfortunately, in the year 2000, I retired from competing in freestyle skiing with USSA and CU Freestyle. I retired due to a number of factors, including financial restrictions and my decision to return to college to earn my teaching license to teach secondary science. However, I finished my last year of competition with strong results, being ranked 50th in the country in women's single moguls, and 37th in dual moguls, and a 23rd place finish at US Qualifiers. This year, I plan to enter some of the Mogul Mania competitions sponsored by Red Bull, held at Vail and Beaver Creek. I'll keep you up to date on these events!
I have very few ski photos on this site at the moment. But, later this winter I will definately have some great ski photos. Till then, I've got some great links that all you freestyle/freeride skiers will love... and maybe snowboarders too!

Rocky Mountain Freestyle This website tells informantion about the United States Ski Association Freestyle events of the Rocky Mountain Division. See if there are any freestyle events near you soon, or how you could become a freestyle competitor,too! US Ski Team Find out the latest news about US Ski Team results from all types of ski events. You can also find out results and rankings from amatuer events as well.

Winter Park Winter Park has an excellent competition center. They host many amatuer races each year, including freestyle events. They also have their own freestyle ski team, and are the training site of the University of Colorado Freestyle Ski Team too. They have the best mogul runs in all of Colorado! Steamboat Springs Steamboat Springs is another one of my favorite ski areas. Like Winter Park, they have an excellent competition center, and host tons of ski races every year from all disciplines. Also, they too have their own freestyle ski team.
